DIEMOLITION LLC
HISTORY
DIEMOLITION was developed by Tony Diem, a young aspiring entrepreneur, as a sister company to his already booming business, IHAUL Moving & Hauling L.L.C. When Tony started IHAUL, he was on his way to law school at the University of Baltimore. As a one man show, with one truck, IHAUL removed bulk trash from residences, local businesses, and eventually apartment complexes. The company slowly moved into demolition, by the request of its customers. It was then Mr. Diem decided to start another company. One that would service the teeming industry of demolition, and in 2004 DIEMOLITION was born.
Since then, DIEMOLITION has performed interior strip outs on more than 600 houses in the Baltimore area, was the prime demolition contractor in the Hopkins Row Project, razed more than 300 buildings, and has performed countless smaller projects in residential construction. DIEMOLITION has also been very active in commercial demolition, taking on projects at Towson Town Center Mall, Mondawmin Mall, White Marsh Mall, Bethesda Mall, Eastpoint Mall, several USPS locations, all CCBC campuses, Stevenson University, George Washington University, Towson University, Charles County Schools, GWU Hospital, The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Fort Meade, Fort Dietrich, APG, BWI, Dulles International Airport, several WalMart, McDonald's, Arby's, Gold's Gym, Big Lots, Lancaster City demolition and St. Mary's Correctional. Recently completed projects are Reads Drug Store in Baltimore, Randallstown High, Phelps Luck Elementary, & The Rouse Building's World Headquarters. On going projects include Atholton High School and Towson University. We offer core drilling, concrete saw cutting, in Bel Air. We are a state of the art concrete cutter, with tier 4 compliant equipment.
